Mr. Chandra Sekhar Ghosh, CMD Bandhan Bank will be gracing the event as the Chief Guest. Dr. Kallol Dutt, Additional Labour Commissioner, West Bengal, Mr. Sandeep Seksaria, Managing Director, J G Hosiery and Mr.Vivek Gupta, Managing Director, Sanmarg will be the Guests of Honour. The keynote speech will be delivered by Mr. Rahul Bose, Global L&D Manager, IBM at the awards ceremony.

The jury comprises of Mr. Nihar Ranjan Ghosh, President HR at Emami, Mr. Nadeem Kazim – an eminent Veteran HR industry Stalwart, Mr Sourav Das Patnaik– Director at SREI, Mr. Arnab Chakraborty, GM HR, CESC and Ms. Indrani Chatterjee, Head HR at All Cargo Logistics.
The evening will witness performances by eminent percussionist Shri Mallar Ghosh and Master Pratik Ghosh.
The award is divided into two sections viz Company Category A – Companies having turnover of up to Rs. 1000 Crores and Company Category B – Companies having turnover of Rs. 1001 Crores and above respectively. In totality there are 19 Awards, 65 recipients from 3 categories
