Lions Clubs International, Dist 322B1 inaugurated art of state latest machines for its own blood bank at Lions Den

Ambar Bhattacharya, abptakmaa, Kolkata, 17th July 2019 : Lions clubs International, Dist 322B1 inaugurated art of state latest machines for its own blood bank at Lions Den & organized a blood donation camp on Sunday, 14th July 2019. 
The objective of the camp was to propagate the significance of blood donation in saving lives. The resource pool of Lions & Leo’s members offer a strong count for blood donation. The coordinator for today’s blood donation camp was  Lions club of Howrah.
 Machines were inaugurated by PID Lion A P singh & blood donation camp was inaugurated by DG Lion Pawan Parasrampuria in presence of galaxy of PDG Pradeep Nayyer, Pramod Chandak, Babu lal Banka, PRAVEEN Lath, K N Gupta, Rashmi Bagla, Naresh Daruka, Subhash Murarka, Rama Bhatia, Puspa Agarwal, P L Shah, VDG – Lekha Sharma, Ratan Duggar, cabinet secretary Chetan Jain & treasurer R K Gupta.
Certificates and small token of appreciation were issued to the donors by the blood bank medical team at the camp site itself. 
Lion Kailash Khandelwal, chairman Lions Blood bank informed that every Lionistic year starts with this noble service activity. He explained about latest equipment’s inaugurated today which made the Lions blood bank most advanced in its category. 
By organizing the Camp, Dist 322B1 has ensured availability of blood to needy at large. Overall during the day long camp 186 units of blood was collected. Speaking on the occasion Lion A P Singh, Past International Director – express gratitude to the donors who came forward and help those in need. 
Lion Sudhir Vyas, president Lions Club of Howrah proposed vote of thanks to donors and all those who made this event a grand success.
