Bengal cricketers united together to raised fund against the pandemic COVID 19

Desk Correspondent, abptakmaa, Kolkata, 26th Mar 2020 : On a day when CAB made an appeal to all its units, players and match officials to contribute generously, CAB Secretary Snehashis Ganguly, Vice-President Naresh Ojha and Jt. Secretary Debabrata Das came forward to contribute to the cause. Hony. Treasurer Debasish Ganguly’s club South Suburban also showed its intent to donate. Today Mr Snehashis Ganguly, Mr Naresh Ojha and Mr Debabrata Das contributed Rs One Lakh each to the State Emergency Relief Fund to help in our battle against the pandemic. South Suburban also agreed to donate a similar amount. Mr Snehashis Ganguly, Secretary CAB, said, “In these dark days we need to fight this pandemic shoulder to shoulder. Hence I have decided to contribute Rs one lakh personally to the cause. My academy 22-Yards will give another Rs 50,000. Let’s do our best to battle this menace.” “These are uncertain times and we all need to come forward and join the battle.

I feel humbled to make a paltry contribution of one lakh rupees to the cause,” said CAB Vice-President Naresh Ojha. “I am happy to inform that South Suburban Club has shown its keenness to be with the people of the state by contributing an amount of Rupees One Lakh”, said Debasish Ganguly, Treasurer, CAB. “Based on the appeal made by Mr Avishek Dalmiya, I am happy to make a humble contribution of Rs one lakh to the state fund to help fight the pandemic,” Joint Secretary Debabrata Das added.
