Indo Wagen announces Pan Indian Expansion Plans
Ambar Bhattacharya, abptakmaa, Kolkata, 16th Dec 2019 : Indo Wagen, a venture of Zeniak Innovation India Limited, announced their pan India expansion plans at a Press Conference today. The brand also introduced their latest model of three wheeler e-rickshaws “Q8 Ultra” in the presence of Veteran footballer Alvito D’Cunha along with Mr Rajeev Kumar Srivastava, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Zeniak Innovation India Limited and Mr Gurinder Oberoi, Technical Analyst, Zeniak Innovation India Limited.
Zeniak Innovation Limited is one of Eastern India’s leading suppliers and manufacturers of battery operated three wheelers. Addressing the growing demand for e-rickshaws, Indo Wagen- a venture of Zeniak Innovation, has introduced cost effective and sustainable three wheeler e rickshaws for the commuters for short distance transport solution in India.
Speaking on the occasion,Mr Rajeev Kumar Srivastava, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Zeniak Innovation Limited said, “E-rickshaws are energy efficient than other forms of motorized public road transport vehicles in the state. They also have the potential to reduce the fuel oil consumption for passenger transportation which may lead to both economic and environmental benefits. Our latest offering is not only superior in quality, but also has better mileage, is more cost effective and environmentally beneficial. By 2020, we plan to be present in 15 states in North & Central India and has a network of 300 partners. By 2021, we plan to expand our reach in 20 states with a network of 400 partners. We are also looking to add 7 more warehouses to our existing 3 warehouses in major cities by March 2020.”
Their manufacturing plant is located in China, whereas the assembling unit is situated in Howrah, West Bengal. Indo Wagen is currently present in 9 states with more than 200 partners and associates. The brand also aims to generate more employment in its areas of expansions owing to the increasing demand of e rickshaw industry in the country.
