“Aalap”, a musical program presented by Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers

News Correspondent, abptakmaa, Kolkata, 29th Jan 2020 : “Aalap”, a musical program was presented by Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers and organised by Gharana at Nazrul Satabarshiki Sadan, Madhyamgram recently.

Pt. Alak Lahiri inaugurated the program along with Sri Pareshnath Bhattacharya, Sri Bikramaditya Bhaduri and Rupak Saha .

Veteran Classical vocalist Sri Pareshnath Bhattacharya was conferred with Sur Sadhak Samman at the programme.

The event started with the dance performances by young talent Smt. Tiasha Saha and Smt. Pragya Mukherjee followed by Tal badya by Madhu-Gopal Barman. Classical vocalist Sri Omkar Dadarkar then enthralled the packed house audience with the magic of his rendition. The program ended with a wonderful performance by flautist Pt. Ronu Majumdar .
